By registering and using the Happyfly Partner Portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
Only verified travel agents/agencies may register and use the Happyfly platform.
Partners must provide accurate and up-to-date business and contact information.
Login credentials are confidential and should not be shared. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
All flight bookings made via Happyfly are subject to airline rules and fare conditions.
Agents must ensure timely payments for bookings. Unpaid or underpaid bookings may be auto-cancelled.
Any disputes regarding payment or fare differences must be raised within 24 hours of booking.
Commission structures (if applicable) will be communicated in writing and may vary based on route or airline.
Taj Travels reserves the right to modify commission policies with prior notice.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to airline policies.
Service fees may apply for cancellations, date changes, or modifications.
Refund timelines depend on airline processing and can vary between 7–21 working days.
The platform must be used solely for genuine customer bookings.
Misuse, fake bookings, or speculative transactions may result in account suspension or legal action.
The partner agrees not to use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
All partner data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Partners must not misuse customer data obtained via the platform.
Any breach of customer privacy will lead to immediate termination.
Happyfly and Taj Travels are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines.
We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect details entered by the agent.
In case of system errors, Taj Travels will make reasonable efforts to rectify issues but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Taj Travels reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Updated terms will be communicated via email or displayed on the partner portal.
Either party may terminate the partnership with written notice.
Taj Travels may immediately suspend or terminate access for breach of terms or misuse.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
